Welcome back to Horse-Talk.  After what seems a lifetime around horses it’s time to start sharing some of the good old stories.  Please feel free to join in and share your tales.

Horse-Talk started over 25 years ago as a way for me to advertise horses for sale.  It was so expensive to post ads I decided to do my own thing.  As people found my site it grew little by little.  People kept asking me to post ads for them and I did.

It got really hard to find horses and other ads in your area because there were so many.  I finally added 50 sites inside Horse-talk to include a landing spot for each state.  I worked on the site every night trying to keep it up to date.  I lost the battle.

I upgraded to  a site where people could add their own ads and have them on the site in seconds.  You could add lots of extra things like hightling, titles, colors,etc.  As soon as I did that people started moving away from the site.  They missed the personnel attention.  

As I aged I could not ride any more, my horses got fewer and shorter.  Horse-talk is now for sharing memories, yours and mine.  If any of you have stories you would like to share please let us know.
