Hi! I am a sixteen year old looking for a job having to do with horses. I can muck, feed, turn out, etc. I can ride but would prefer not to, I have experience with some western, but mostly in jumping and dressage (I have been riding for six years). I am efficient at the jobs that I am given and do them quickly while staying out of the way, I used to work at my previous barn. I don't mind really getting down and working or doing the "grunge" work. I am looking for a job so that I can help pay my own horse's board, and would just really like for it to be around horses. I am still in school, so times would have to be discussed. Afternoon times would be best, however depending on how long it takes to do the jobs and how far you are from me I wouldn't mind doing morning work. I am in search of a live in position in the Albuquerque area working. Horses have been a part of my life since infancy, and they are my true passion. My experience branches from regular barn work (mucking, cleaning tack, turning horses out, feeding, ect) to training and showing. I consider myself to be a very dependable and trustworthy person. Currently working for a breeding ranch in the East Mountains, but due to the economy my hours need to be cut; a part-time job at another farm for a few days each week would be ideal. I am trying to find a horse facility to rent/lease, with living quarters. I am not real picky as to the location except that it can not be in FLORIDA and not in an area with a lot of tornado activity. I am looking to move ASAP and may consider lease/option. Hello. I am participating in all-breed gaited classes at an open show
hosted by a Morgan horse club in S CA. The judge is Vernee Barnett, a
Morgan horse person. The classes are governed by AHSA Rulebook. I cannot
find any info on criteria for gaited horses. Do they have to follow IJA/FOSH

riding… primarily arena and equitation (English). I am an intermediate
plus rider, and advanced within horse care and common sense. I cared for
my own horses for years, and assisted with others. Prefer non-spooky experienced
horse, older is fine too, for light riding only, no jumping. I enjoy riding
hunter on the flat, and hope to find someone in need of a friend for their

I am looking for a job at a small stable in Albuquerque area as an assistant/head trainer. I have 7 years of experience with horses. I also have worked with a vet for 4 years, and learned a great deal about horse lameness. My background in training horses is very diverse. I have experience in working with all types of horses. I have worked with a lot of young horses, including stallions. I have experience in handling difficult, stubborn, and hot horses. I have successfully handled off track thoroughbreds and warmbloods. I ride at lower levels of dressage, but have worked with Grand Prix Dressage horses. I have experience with starting horses over fences and I can jump up to 4ft.
