6. Turn outs include a 5 acre pasture, a 4 acre pasture, a two acre pasture, a one and a half acre area with the stallion pens in it, eight 60X100 ft. paddocks and a 60X 100 ft. wire and electric fenced paddock for renter's horses.
7. There is also a 30X50 ft. swimming pool that is 10 ft. deep and is built into a raised concrete platform with a large cabana at one end with wet bar, bath, storage room, and area for tables. The pool is in need of repair so is not useable at this time. It needs a new pump and new plaster coating.
Behind the property are 400+ acres owned by the El Paso Water Dpt. that will never be built on and there are plenty of places for trail riding.
The property is zoned RCPUD or Residential, Commercial, Planned Unit Development which means that it can be used for either residential or commercial purposes and can be developed with up to 8 units per acre. I wanted to let you know that I am looking to rent my house on Jacinto Road in Los Caballos (Santa Fe).
