Hunter/Jumper trainer looking for facility to train and teach at. Must have indoor or covered arena. Would like to stay in the Denton county, preferably around the Aubrey/Pilot Point area. Wanted: Horse property with house to rent. Would like 10 acres or larger, 3 bedroom or larger. Would like to be in at least a 2 hour range of either Houston or Dallas/Fort Worth, or Austin. But we could live farther out, depends on the property. We have 5 horses, 3 dogs (one can be outdoors except in the summer months) and 2 cats that are outside. Would like a barn large enough to house more horses if I decide to board. Would like long term lease or lease purchase. looking for property w/in 1 to 2 hours of San Antonio WANTED: To Rent w/ option to purchase
3 bed/1+ bathroom home with property for horses,dogs,chickens,etc... the home can need updating. Small barn would be a + as we have 3 Quarter horses & 3 Miniature horses and about 11 chickens.LOL We do have house dogs! Our dogs are better behaved then most children now a days.LOL We show Shetland Sheepdogs and currently have 6 (between 15 & 22 lbs) as well as 4 Chinese Cresteds (All under 11 lbs). They are well mannered, love people and do not chew,dig or mess in the house. We are looking in the area about 1 to 2 hours from San Antonio and prefer some grass pastures if possible. We have to stay under 1000.00 a month due to my husbands disability. My son is a welder & I am a dog groomer,obedience,agility,conformation teacher as well as starting colts.
