$500 to Good Home, 16.1H Dark bay..really handsome, TB Gelding, 17-18
years old now? I stopped counting and his papers are in the attic. Super
sweet winning personality, excellent manners, no vices, just a super horse.
Current on shots...sound, has been there and done that...retired show
horse. He is great on trails, fantastic in the ring...has a fantastic
work ethic. Everyone who meets him loves him. I am a professional trainer
but am staying at home with two children under 2 and have recently moved
over an hour away from the farm. My husband is working 2 jobs and I can't
spend time with the horses with such young children, EVER. Not for a beginner
or timid rider only because he is a big mover...on the ground though,
my 23mo old pets him, brushes him sits on him and feeds him apples. He
is a huge mush and you can work under, over and all around him with not
a care in the world. I also would prefer him to go to a dressage rider

Also for sale is my Adorable Morgan Mare. I believe she is 6 now. 15h
chestnut super adorable and sweet registered Morgan. Not mare-ish at all,
is turned out with two geldings. I've hand raised her, in fact kept her
strictly because of her great temperament. I have trained her so far,
to lunge at all gaits and ride walk trot...but stopped there because of
having two children who are still under 2 years of age. I was keeping
her for a smaller hunter dressage horse for the kids but I live so far
away from the farm, and my husband working two jobs, Its not fair to keep
her, besides never having time to work with the horses. If anything, she
would be a great broodmare or foundation mare. I believe her breeding
is mostly Lippit..very classic bloodlines. I trainer her mother..so I
know and have all of her breeding history and papers( again in attic).
She is a fabulous horse...really easy keeper and has super barn manners

I am selling my sweet Appendix gelding, 20 years young. Firenze is a gentle, wonderful lesson horse who is currently being used where I board him now to teach the beginner and intermediate riders. He is over 18 but exact age unknown. He is a chestnut with a nearly white face and a few socks. He is 15.2 hands. He is fantastic in the ring with a great slow lope but on the trail you wouldn't believe he is the same horse since he is very forward with a lot of non-stop get up and go! He is very quiet and is perfect gentleman for tacking, bathing, the farrier. Financial difficulties are making me part with him. I'm asking $800 but will entertain any offer.
