I am in West Milford a couple of miles off of rt 23 - about 12 miles from rt 287. I only have "pasture board" available right now - my stalls are full, although one horse may be moving to Colorado in the next several months and another is moving to his own property possibly. This is West Milford, so there really isn't a lot in the way of grass pasture. I call it rough board because the paddock has sheds for shelter. I charge $330 per month and it includes high quality feed and hay - feeding is done for you. You can also provide supplements and we will make sure your horse gets them. I have two rough board paddocks and currently have 4 horses in them - 3 geldings and 1 mare. I will be honest though and tell you have a bit of mud right now with the strange weather we've been having. I'm currently hiring an excavator to try and improve it. The sheds are dry and the rear of both paddocks are fine too - but the front is very wet right now, hopefully not for long.

Small private farm. Very nice sized ring, Amazing trails. Small friendly group of boarders. Owner on property, many years experience. English (hunt seat and dressage) instruction available. Western riders welcome too. Stall available shortly, rough board available immediately (feed, hay, water supplied). I live on the property and am here almost all of the time - except for errands, etc. I also have a great lady that works for me. I have been here for 8+ years. I have been taking care of horses for over 25 years. I have dealt with emergencies, colic, cuts, scrapes, etc... What kind of training are you looking for? I have a couple of wonderful trainers that come here on a regular basis. I also have a boarder that does some training as well depending on what you are looking for. I can also possibly help you but have 3 small children so sometimes my time is at a premium as I am training my own horses/kids. We are also in walking distance to West Milford Equestrian Center which has all kinds of trainers available - Western, Hunter/Jumper, Dressage. I have a nice sized outdoor arena and we are in the middle of hundreds of acres of trails from Echo Lake to Waywayanda State Park.

Williamstown

Lions Pride Farm is happy to offer our last two stalls for full-care horse boarding on our 15 acre private farm. We feature a riding ring with jumping course, poles and barrels, a full size round pen for training and access to miles of trails. There are several large pastures where the horses are separated according to temperament. Horses are fed twice daily, and (weather permitting) turned out daily. Worming is included every six weeks. We do blanket/unblanket per the weather at no additional charge. We also hold for the vet and farrier at no additional charge. 4H'ers are more than welcome as we are very active during the 4H show season.
