Board Includes: Stall, individual assigned paddock, storage for hay/shavings/tack, horse trailer parking, co-op bring in/feedings. Barn Features: 14 stalls (but only 10 in co-op), co-op situation which rotates through nightly bringing in/feedings. Relaxed, laid-back, fun atmosphere. Owners live on property. All day individual turn-out in good size assigned paddocks (electric tape). Horses are fed/hayed/turned out every morning by the same boarder, and in the evenings, we rotate thru the other boarders for who brings in/feeds. (Each boarder feeds 1-2 nights per week, as part of the 10-horse co-op.) Outdoor riding ring is 100X100 but is being extended to 100X175 (and is well lit) - to be completed by the end of the year. Grass hunt course set up. Access to trails. Path around back hayfield to walk around. Farm is located 6-7 minutes from the 495 Wrentham Outlets exit (exit 15). Use your own Blacksmith/Vet/Trainer.
