Looking for trainer to lease farm in Berea, Kentucky.
There is a twelve stall barn, 45 foot covered roundpen, 100 foot outdoor
roundpen that can be converted to a 200 x 300 foot (or bigger) rectangular
pen if need be. There are two 2 1/2 acre turnout paddocks and 20 acres
of pasture. I am currently boarding horses, giving riding lessons, and
starting colts, but need someone to come in and take over operations and
