My fiance' is a Firearm Safety Instructor and has been accepted into the Yavapai College Gunsmithing Program for the Fall 2009 term. The program begins in late August and we are trying to find a suitable property that will fit our needs for our relocation. We have never been to the Prescott area before and are hoping to learn more about what is available. I am a veterinary technician of twelve years and also have an Equine Science degree. We are a young, professional couple currently living in Orange County California who love our pets large and small. We have a cat and a small, well behaved dog and two horses. Our horses are draft horses and we have two on the way, making a total of four. Because of the height of our horses: Strong, safe fencing will be a necessity for our beloved equines. We are open to any style of home as long as the condition is nice and livable. Including modular and log homes. Anywhere from two bedroom (more would be better) on up would be great along with more than one bath. Our horses will need at least 2+ fenced acres, corrals and storage areas so they will be comfortable. A place with a workshop and/or guest home on the property would be ideal.
