Room/rooms for rent in house on property. We are Looking for a room mate/s
to share a house with my daughter and 11 month old grand-daughter. Rent
is $400.00 per month and split the utilities. (no deposits required I
just need a 30 day notice if you are moving out) Includes pasture for
a horse/s. You must like animals and children. No drugs!! No big partiers!!
If you have an issue w/either, dont even respond!! House is pretty
much furnished except for the bedrooms. It is very hard to find a place
that will accept pets (especially horses) that has reasonable rent especially
with it included in the rent!. House located in Queen Creek/Gilbert area.
Also, would require help around the house and property. Could be a great
opportunity right now it is only a temporary, at least 6 month, but could

Exciting news re: Surprise horse facility!! Hi Everyone,
We hope this letter finds you all and your families doing well during
this challenging economic period. It's obviously a time for us all to
network together for any and all solutions to ease the stress that these
times can cause. We have decided to alert you all of an exciting opportunity
that involves our property in Surprise. We have decided to rent out the
property that we held our sorting practices at this past winter. What
this includes is a 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bath home (apx. 1800 sq. ft.), horse corrals,
round pen, and the sorting arena along with adjacent area to keep cows
in. It is completely furnished, however if you have your own furnishings
we could put ours into storage. There is everything you need there except
a washer and dryer.... all the beds, TV's, couches, linens, dishes, well....
you get the point. We'd be open to a lease option type of arrangement
or simply month to month. It might be something you know that would work
for someone who lives in a colder climate to come down and winter in AZ
for a period of time. We even have cows to rent so you would be spared
that out lay of money. The bedrooms could be rented out as in a roommate
type situation, the stalls rented out for clients and you could run your
own sorting operation just as we did and we think you would be quite successful.
Brandi still lives right next door, however she is working up in CO quite
a bit developing her line of DVD's so this is why she has decided to do
this. It would be better to have someone there than to leave the place
vacant in her absence. And I (Susie) have to be in CA at my property there
for awhile. I will visit from time to time but will be staying at Brandi's
house when I do come down. The exciting thing is Brandi has some upcoming
programs in Nov. where the possibility of renting rooms/stalls out is
already there. The home is available now and ready to move into. The rent
would be $2000 a month and we are asking for first and last month up front
along with a $500 security deposit. Rooms easily rent for $500/month so
it's entirely feasible to expect you as a single person could rent the
whole facility and have your own bedroom and bath separate... rent the
other 3 bedrooms out and almost make your rent from just that. But, you
would also have X number of stalls you could rent out and that doesn't
even include your sorting practices and clinics. Please consider this
opportunity for yourself or anyone you may know that would like to be
in AZ at a nice facility and play with cows. The property as most of you
know opens right up to the desert and you can ride for hours there as
well. Since Brandi already has 2 clients in Nov. for a min. of 6 weeks,
you would be assured of $10/day charge on the stalls or $75/week plus
$150/week per person for 2 people so that's $300/week for the 6 weeks.
Just counting that up you would be making $1800 plus $900 for that 6 week
period. And there's always that possibility of extending that certification
period into another class or 2 and getting 2 more people to sign up for
the current class in Nov. Right there would be doubling the $2700 into
$5400 right off the bat. There's always the possibility of someone wanting
to make this a full time job to schedule things for Brandi and you two
work out a fee you would pay her to do a clinic, retreat or whatever and
it's a win win situation for all. We would expect you to put the utilities
in your name upon signing the contract to rent, pay the 1st and last month's
rent and security deposit... and then it'd be all ready to move in and
start building your new and exciting horse training business. It truly
is a great opportunity and we hope and pray it might be a blessing to
one of you out there that has been praying for something just like this
to come along. My 10 cows are available for purchase at $4500 straight
out or you can lease them from me at $300 per month. I would even be willing
to sell them to you over a period of time and charge very little interest...
say, $500 a month for 12 months which means you'd be paying $6000 for
them but you have a whole year to pay that. (Kind of like a credit card!!)
And after that year of fattening them up they would be worth more than
what I'm asking now for them. You would obviously need to feed and care
for them as they were your own but I'd be willing to take those type of
