Well maintained pasture with large shade trees plus a large
covered stall available for one horse in Gilbert (roughly Higley/Pecos).
Your horse needs to be a non-aggressive horse, as he/she will be sharing
the pasture with my mare. No stallions. Your horse also needs to be current
on vaccinations and worming. Horses will be kept in large square pen during
irrigation so there is no need to worry about them standing in water.
Board is $150/month plus the cost of hay. *(if you live close by and are
willing to purchase/transport your own hay and feed yourself we would
subtract $25/month) * It is important to me to make sure the horses will
be safe together so the first week of board is free to determine if it
